Respect For All

Respect For All

CTEA is a Respect for All School!
At CTEA we treat others kindly. We are open minded and hear all opinions. We consider how our words and actions impact others.
At CTEA we hold ourselves accountable. If we say we’re going to do something, we follow through.
At CTEA we don’t give up no matter the obstacle, we grow through what we go through.
At CTEA we put in the effort that we need to succeed. We take advantage of all opportunities.
At CTEA we do what we are supposed to do, and we go all in. We smile and give 100% of ourselves, 100% of the time.
At CTEA we choose what is right over what is fun, fast or easy; and choose to practice our values rather than simply professing them.
At CTEA we strive to understand and share the feelings of others. We listen with compassion, support each other, and foster a community where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
